LAP Account Settings - User Guide

Overview

Navigating and managing your account settings within the Lender Application Portal is designed to be a seamless and user-friendly experience.

Your accounts and settings is divided into three main sections:
  1. Personal Details, where you can review your personal information to keep your account up to date.
  2. Security - covering crucial elements like your Password and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), ensuring your account remains protected and secure.
  3. Notifications, allowing you to customize how and when you receive important updates and communications.

Details

Step 1: Manage your Settings

To access settings, click on your initials in the top right-hand corner of the portal, then select "Accounts and Settings". Below is a breakdown of each section:





    Profile: Name, Mobile, and Email

    1. Your personal details will be listed here, to update any of your personal details - please contact lender.support@citoplus.com.au



    Security Information: MFA and Password

    1. Update you Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) method or reset your password if needed




    Step 2: Manage your Notifications

    Managing your notifications is simple and flexible. Use the toggle for each notification to turn it on or off, ensuring you only receive the ones you choose.

    All notifications are set to enabled as default.
