LAP Dashboard - User Guide

The Lender Application Portal (LAP) offers a comprehensive and streamlined experience for managing applications submitted to lenders. Whether you're navigating the summary board or using the provided filter tiles, you’ll have full control over how you access and manage application data. The portal also delivers a clear overview of all users and teams, ensuring you stay updated on who is involved in each step of the process.
Additionally, you gain real-time visibility into application status changes, allowing you to track the lifecycle of each application from start to finish with complete transparency. The system is designed to optimize workflow efficiency, keeping you informed and empowered at every stage.

Step 1: Access the Dashboard
Once logged in, a dashboard displays all the applications, their current statuses, and team members in one convenient location
Here is a detailed overview of each function to help you fully leverage their capabilities:
Step 2: Using the Search Bar
You can search using the Broker Name, Broker Firm, Primary Borrower, Deal ID, Assignee and Status to find the deal you are looking for.
The filter button’s added functionality enables you to easily navigate to applications based on the current stage of the deal.
Step 3: Assigning Deals
To assign a deal to a team or a user, on the right-hand side under 'Assignee', select the team you wish to allocate the deal to, or you can assign the deal to a user by clicking the arrow next to the team and then selecting the user.

Step 3a: Team Member Roles
There are different roles available within the Lender Application Portal (LAP). Below is a breakdown of what each role entails. If you would like to assign a specific role, please contact us at citoplus.com.au.
'View-Only' Role: This user can view application data, make internal notes, and download loan documents
'Member' Role: This user has the same permissions as a 'View-Only' user but can also add funded loan details, update the final loan status, and message the broker (Note: Final loan status and funded loan details will be sent back to the broker for their information.)
'Manager' Role: This user has the same permissions as a 'Member' user but can also assign or re-assign applications to other LAP users within the platform
Step 4: Filtering & Tile Navigation
Effortlessly monitor the progress of all deals across various stages, with statuses updating automatically for your convenience. Simply click on one of the five tiles to filter through the different stages and use the search function from there
You may also filter applications by All Applications, Resubmitted Applications and Prospect Submissions (if enabled)
